ZANA Forest Resort Ranthambore

The hotel is centrally located and has lot of area. Housekeeping and service needs to be improved in general. We booked the highest category rooms and had outside sitting area, but most of the furniture outside was wet as it doesn’t have a shed. The sofa inside also was somehow wet in 2 of the 4 rooms we booked. Fresh towels were also wet but not smelly. Service in the restaurant is slow and some of the tea cups have broken edges. Not worth the price tag. Can get better value someplace else in Sawai Madhopur. Also, the safari organizing vendor charged us high amount promising zone 3 and then gave us zone 4 without giving back the extra charge for zone3.

We stayed in cottage - David; our room was immaculate, tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities. The property is spacious with well maintained lawns, charming pathways. The food was consistently delicious, although I gave feedback to the management to rationalize the pricing. One thoughtful gesture that stood out was the breakfast box they arranged for our early morning safari - cold sandwich and fruits. Despite arriving late one evening after a long day of sightseeing, the staff still welcomed us with complementary hi- tea with snacks, which is much appreciated. What truly made our stay special was the festive touch during Chhoti Diwali. The resort lit up all the verandahs of the cottages with beautiful diyas, creating a magical atmosphere. They even provided us with our own set of diyas so that we could participate in the celebration - such a warm and thoughtful gesture that made us feel at home. Overall, The resort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant stay. Well appointed property with monstrous rooms and great service. Good landscaping is a treat to the eyes. Food was good but South Indian dishes were not Upto the mark. Water drainage in the bathroom was really poor due to erroneous gradient. Worth a visit.

The most amazing holiday me and my wife had at the Zana Resorts, Ranthambore. The team led by the Front Office Manager, Anushka was extremely hospitable and warm. The property is relatively new and the experience was lovely , the hospitality was amazing. The property is kids friendly and their are several activities to enjoy along with a play zone area for kids. The stay was peaceful. Special mention to priyanka and priya they were really helpful with the kids and overall stay. Would recommend for a peaceful staycation with family.
