Hotel is in prime location, dingy space, price was at higher side according to property, hospitality was good at 1 am in midnight also, blankets were dusty, they made breakfast as per our requirements.

Basic room size with good service and amenities. Allowed extra 2hrs to stay post checkout time. Very approachable to the location.

Hotel was on main sherpur road. Budget accommodation. The owner and the staff were very helpful. Will recommend this property if u are looking for budget friendly options.

Bedsheet and pillow covers have not been changed for long time hence have stains and don't look clean. When i pointed out no effort was made to change these. There was a used matchstick in the soap holder near the wash basin of the bathroom which indicates that rooms are not cleaned properly after a guest checks out. Room had a functional tv.

Perfect stay

Room was cozy & clean. Maintained nicely. Hot water was available. Staff behavior was good. Hygiene & sanitary was maintained.

It was good overall. Not the best but value for money

The hotel is situated a nice location, beside railway station, brside road. The tiger safari is 6 km from the hotel. The hotel building is small, they lack staff. The rooms are pretty small and the bathroom has no geyser. So hot water is an issue. No restaurant service in hotel so it's only lodging. The reception manager is good and efficient the one staff we saw was helpful. The property can be way more imoroved. The room rent was high compared to other hotel with better facilities.

Night stay was better but meal facilities not available

2nights stay. Small property pluess- neat and clean, non interfering, friendly person at the reception, great location, right next door fabulous eateries, free breakfast only pratha and poha option, but aaloo pratha were good. Minuses- tiny room, closed, hole up like no window, very very slow service, bathrooms miniscule.

Not good experiences this hotel

The connectivity to the hotel via road was good. Our train was arriving late at night to sawai madhopur. The owner co-operated us to get to the hotel. Staff was very helpful. The arranged gypsy pickup and drop facility from hotel to safari. Loved the stay. Polite staff

Staff behaviour and their services were not professional. Because of terrible environment we had to change the hotel in mid night.
