I checked into this hotel expecting at least basic cleanliness, but the room was filthy. There were stains on the bedsheets, dust everywhere, and even insects in the bathroom. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you care about hygiene! Cell phone not working Lift not working In washrooms mug is not there The walls are paper-thin — I could hear every conversation next door. Plus, people were shouting in the hallway all night. I didn’t feel safe at all. Definitely not for families or solo travelers. In morning I walked up reception boy no one present at that time 🤷🏻♂️

Very unhappy with the hotel

The hotel lacks basic amenities, like toiletries, the flush was non-functional, the tap in the bathroom was not good. The cupboards lacked knobs, so basically it was useless as you cannot pull them without knobs. The ac in my room was not working. The rooms were not as clean as shown in the photos, the elevator was broken, i had 3 senior citizens with me, and it was highly disappointing. The electricity went as well to add on to my plight, and food is not available in the premises. Professional behaviour was lacking among-st the staff except for mr. Shrikanth sharma who was the manager, but he barely could manage anything as nothing is under his control. The owner was rude. I had a terrible experience in my life in a hotel.

It was a great experience staying there. We reached there by night 1pm they were able to do a smooth check in process. I left my charger head while leaving sreekanth who is the incharge over reached out to me to courier the charger head. He’s very helpful. I recommend for people who are planning for a ranthambore safari

coupleI came to sawai madhopur for sports event and for that reason i booked this hotel first thing that i got this one with affordable price and the location. After coming to the hotel the staff behaviour was extremely good and the manager mr. Hotel location is perfect with own parking on main road nearby railway station and bus stand. Rooms are good spacious. With lift. Cleanness of hotel and rooms are good. Staff behaviour towards coustmer is polite and supportive. Manager helps the coustmer with personal efforts. With great pleasure. Overall 10 out of 10 from my side.

Pathetic services and no value for money

The experience was not good. First of all there was no water which was solved by switching on the volve. No ac in the room. Flush was not working. There are a lot of cockroaches everywhere in the room and washroom. The fan was making noise. In fact there is no geyser and no hot water. Completely dissatisfied.

Hotel is okayish but the staff is very nice. We reached late but staff managed to book us a safari for early morning. The guy dharamraj at the reception was very receptive and well behaved. Cleanliness and hygiene at hotel could be much better though.
