Rooms not clean. Room service terrible. Repeated calls required even to serve tea. Swimming pool not clean. Basic hygiene bad , in the rooms. Breakfast was made available very late, after 09::15 AM.

Mmtc charges you upfront but there no customer care to reach out when hotel service are pathetic. No electricity, no water in washroom. Tv not working. Ac not working properly. Pathetic service. Need to call the staf. Time and again but but no one to pay heed. No cleanliness maintained. Would not recommend anyone to stay here

1. Car parking facility is not available. 2. Food quality is average but very costly 3. Swimming pool water found dirty also not cleaned from bottom. 4. Swimming pool area lights not glowing in evening time. 5. Swimming pool changing room also very dirty and without lights and water. It's average hotel but rate and food is very costly like 3 star hotel. It's a poor quality hotel

The hotel property is old and dirty. There is no proper parking. The parking area is like a dump yard with garbage everywhere. The swimming pool water was very dirty. The surrounding of the pool were full of dust and hotel stuff lying around. The rooms are not as per the pictures at all. They are old and dirty. Ac was hardly working. The TV also was not working. The bathroom was very very very dirty. Overall a very bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone at all.

It was the worst experience at stay the property. Not a proper facilities at room dirty bessheet dirty washroom and dirty hotel. I can compare this property with a poor dharmshala

There are some several experiences with me at property and services. 1-Property with a good location but poor The rooms are in bad shape, with issues like water leakage, missing bathroom accessories, and the need for constant follow-ups for basic amenities like water. 2. Telephone facilities are also unavailable, and the restaurant isn't fully operational. While the staff was somewhat cooperative, it's clear that this isn't enough to make up for the property's overall poor condition, which you compared to that of a simple a poor dharmshala.

It was good. All the staff were very humble and kind. Food was good. However, the washroom shower was not working properly. And the tv was also not working. There was no mini-bar in the room. Otherwise the stay was good.

We 6 persons booked 3 standard rooms and stayed here for one night on 31st jean 2024. The rooms are good with basic amenities working well. Hot water available in both main tap and wash basin tap they provide kettle too in the room for drinking hot water as it was winter season. We did not tried their food but nearby there is chulha restaurant which serves amazing food its a must try resturant try tikkad, sev tamatar, aloo dum, planner paratha. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Spacy rooms. But not very well maintained. Bathroom door was not locking. Hotel is under renovation. So it was some stinking. Hotel staff was good & courteous.

This hotel does not deserve even a single star. Everything about this hotel is pathetic, starting from facilities to staff. A hotel run by a few unprofessional staff, who don't care for the guest. - no room cleaning for 2 days, no towel change, dirty bedsheets, no electric kettle, there was tv but no set top box. Dirty swimming pool, there was a breakfast buffet included in out plan but they just served 1 dish over the table. Degraded our room from deluxe to standard without asking us. There was no trained staff to listen to our worries. The whole property is not maintained & in bad shape. Even for a single basic facility, we had to chase them many times. I highly recommend people to stay away from this hotel. You will surely be disappointed.

Food v good, staffs were co operative, reception is v good. Bath room fittings were v old, bath room is not good. No arrangement for light back up. Food and staffs are v good

Hotel was not worth the money, they don’t have lunch and dinner facility, and the worst thing was electricity was not there for 2 hrs the frst and 2 nd day also. I won’t be booking this hotel again.

Bugs are roaming in room, even drain of bathroom is open, in night music from adjacent room is not let you sleep.
