We had a very short stay in Pugmark. The rooms are decent and the service is good. The staff were continuously following up with us regarding our arrival as we were delayed due to late landing of our flight. Menu is limited but good.

We were a group of 18 people staying here during the Diwali vacation for three nights. I was really pleased with the stay. The property location was very good, near the Taj and near Park Road. Property is spread in 18 beegha with all amenities, swimming pool, gardens sports facility.36 rooms were planned, which looks like a view in the mid forest. The whole staff is humble and never denies anything asked. Food is delicious, and the courteous servers are. The food quality was excellent. South Indian manager at restaurent was very polit.

Great stay for Jungle safari

Pugmark is a nice hotel in Ranthambore. Barely 1 mile from Fort gate. The greenery maintained by hotel is quite unique. It makes the overall ambience really nice. Food is quite decent and breakfast, tea, dinner spread is wide. Hotel staff is very friendly and active. Found them very responsive to all our needs. A special mention for GM Jaganathan who’s always on his feet, taking care of guests and managing his staff. Made our stay extra special.

It’s almost become a ritual to visit Ranthambore every four months, and having stayed at several five-star properties before, we decided to spend this Diwali at The Pugmark Resort—our first time here. Admittedly, we were a bit apprehensive at first, but that changed the moment we met the GM, Mr. Jeganathan. His boundless energy and hands-on approach instantly put us at ease. He’s truly omnipresent—proactively ensuring that every guest is well looked after, even going so far as to personally make omelettes for us at breakfast! The service is outstanding, and the rooms are among the best you’ll find in Ranthambore. A special mention to Ramswaroop, whose thoughtful care—from our early morning coffee and biscuits to perfectly organized evening meals—made our stay extra special. Overall, we had a wonderful three-night stay with consistently high standards of food and hospitality. No regrets whatsoever—The Pugmark Resort easily delivers seven-star warmth and ambience. Property is at great location besides taj sawai - location is 5 stars , swimming pool is great for a budget hotel 4 stars , Staff is helpful and clean - 4 stars , rooms are well constructed -5 stars , Bedsheets were damp , room had dampness , bathroom fittings were not the best furnishing inside room was not well kept, ac was working fine hence 2 stars, overall a great budget place , the property has lot of area and outside room is pretty good for this property

Very good stay, staff is also helpful, privacy is great, discounts are not good, buffet is also not there, that is the only minus point.

Listing out the good things about property. * Good staff * Good property * Good vibe * Good hygiene Food is nice though most people won't like it. What i didn't like is the room i got. *Faulty door lock *Stinky washroom *Faulty electrical connection i guess this might be the case with my room only.

Excellent property. It was very luxurious, with ample space for kids. Swimming pool was also clean and hygienic. Staff was courteous. Thanks Pugmark for making our Holiday special.
