Hotel is not up to 4 star rating it is average. Food is not up to standard no variety is available simple poori sabji is available. Set top box is not recharged. Technician is not available for bathroom fan which is not working

Rooms were okay, AC was weak, service was impressive. However it was not worth the cost since number of facilities like spa, kids playground was not available. Swimming pool lighting was not adequate leading to intrusion of bats in evening hours

Room's AC was not working properly Spider 🕷️ in washroom Using old water bottles bislery /rail neer for serving water Dinner charges was high

Jungle retreat ranthambore is a nice place for family stay. Staff is very hunble and accommodating. All our special requests were handled with care. Food spread is limited, but quality is good. Strongly recommended from our side.

Stay at jungle retreat ranthambore was again peaceful and pleasant, as previous visit in march this year. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms neat and bathrooms were clean. Recommend for families.

Vacated after first night. Horrible experience. Shifted to another hotel. Cheating

The staff of the hotel was very warm and always ready to help. They helped us to book safari tickets. Despite heavy rush they confirmed our tickets in tatkal mode. The food options were less but the food was tasty.

Hotel is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Since we had taken ap plan, taste wise food was good it will be better if they add some more verity. Staff is humble, polite and eager to help. Only cons is, this hotel is not connected on any official road, so it is advisable to call hotel for reaching there rather than following google map which takes you to a narrow lanes of a village between forest.

Started with refreshing welcome and welcome drink. With the aromatic clean and cozy room forgot my tiredness. Relaxed with snacks and pool thereafter made the day. Now going for safari hope i ll be lucky in this too

Room in jungle retreat ranthambore was ok. Bathrooms were looking good but facilities were pathetic. No warm water available. Towels were smelling. Approach road to the hotel was raw and like a roller coaster ride. Food was average. However snacks were very good. Behaviour of staff was good. But services were poor due to shortage of staff. Overall experience is not up to the expectations

Never go to this pathetic resort in their hotel some one hit my car from behind when we were staying in hotel. Worst hotel.

Facility should be poor. Management was very bad

3 nights stayed with 2 rooms, it was excellent environment & enjoyed good quality food. Staff was very supportive & prompt. Approach roads to property from main road is kacha, may be improve otherwise long routes to take with pakka road on google.

The staff hygiene standards was good. Sanitize r was readily available. The hotel staff was extremely polite. Service with a smile was the motto. Quality of food was good though the variety was limited which under the trying time was acceptable.

It was nice experience staying in this hotel. The rooms were large enough and clothing were also neat and clean. The house keeping was also good thanks MMT for suggesting such a nice hotel at good location.

Nice property, people are very cooperative

Don't go by Google map, call the hotel before reaching, food very costly but good, contact hotel before booking. Swimming pool was good and clean, ambiance is green and clean.

Good stay including food and behavior of staff

Hotel denied to check in and after reaching hotel gate, they are saying the hotel is already sold out, at 10 pm.

Terrible experience we had while on business trip on 7th March 2019. We booked 2 rooms with MakeMyTrip and got accepted and confirmed by the hotel. At 9 PM when we reached the hotel after wandering through jungle and Dirt Road, the staff at the gate said that they are fully packed and that hotel is not responsible to give us rooms. When asked to connect to hotel manager or owner, the gate man said he was the owner of the hotel. He neither shared any mobile no. of hotel management not allowed us to enter the hotel premises to speak with receptionist/shift manager. Had a terrible experience in mid of jungle and no where to go. My only feedback to MakeMyTrip, such bad shabby Hotels should be immediately taken off network and save the brand image it has created in the business.
