RANTHAMBORE TIGER VALLEY

Accommodation is good but the approach to the location is very bad . Staff is not cooperative. It is also far away from the main century. Food is also not of good quality and changes are very High.

Excellent experience

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel facilities were not very good. In 7°c temperature, we received very thin blankets. The tents get very cold at night due to the tin roof and those blankets are not enough for such cold. The owner was not very accommodating of the customers requests. We did not complete our stay and left the hotel earlier without the refund due to the lack of basic facilities. The day we checked in, we had to request many basic things like soap, water, cups etc, which should have been already available. There is only one person who does all the work and there is a lack of staff. He was very helpful but the poor guy could not be on time everywhere for everything. I feel they should add more staff for efficiency when there are more guests. overall it was a very average stay experience and would not recommend staying there if there are other options available.

Literally no frills stay, self service, in-season-out-of-the-work resort

It's a wonderful property but a bit far from the city center, so if you looking for a quiet location this is the best place. Also if you are in a small group of 10 to 12 people you can book all the tents. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Owner Jai is a humble, and helpful person. Manager some is also very helpful.

It was pleasant stay. Food quality was very good. Hotel staff are well behaved and provide very good service. Tent was neat and clean. Over all it was nice stay.

The manager Jai Kumar was very friendly. The staff was very friendly too. We stayed there as a couple during winters and the hotel staff was nice enough to let 3 friends of ours staying in a different property to come over there and join us for a one fire night. If you are visiting in winters, avoid staying in tents. Out of 5. Hospitality 5. Food 3.5. Rooms 3.5.
