We had a bad experience for the first time with ferns property else we had a very good exp staying at bhimtal branch of ferns...they had a leakage with AC in room 103 , then we have asked to change a kettle since it was spilling from the bottom source dont knw frm where but not everytime, then in our balcony the fan was not working we stayed for 2 days but all packed in the room coz weather outside was so hot. And we could not even had a change sitting in balcony with a fan for a change when there was no sun and even after sunset. We have asked for a glass of milk for our infant at 11pm on very first day ..receiver from rest has gvn consent and never sent any milk that night...

The room was not clean and their was a smell of rotten paint and furniture. The standard of the hotel was equivalent to a 2 star category. The breakfast was also very minimalist. They also charged us INR 110 for a bucket of ice cubes.

family with 1 kidI went with my family including a kid and had booked 2 rooms. Location is the only good thing about property. Property is not maintained properly with swimming pool dirty (staff didn't get it cleaned until we had to raise voice and escalate the matter), room service is poor, food (buffet) has limited options with avg taste, staff is not at all willing to work (felt like a government facility). One of the worst hotel experience till date. Not worth the money i spent.

groupThe restaurant was having hurry to close the dinner shift even in the menu card the time was till 11 but they wanted to close by 10. 30 food was very pathetic didn't had any taste also when we asked for starters they told us it wont be possible to make even though in the menu card was written all food items serving time which was under the time when we had ordered
