Hi, the reason for giving this ‘Terrible’ rating is my experience with cancellation in an unforeseen circumstance. I had to cancel the trip at the last minute because of flood situation at the destination. I talked to the hotel and they asked me to ask MakeMyTrip to drop an email to them for the full refund. I called MakeMyTrip and asked them to cancel with full refund. However, MakeMyTrip apparently didn’t do anything. While the hotel was willing to refund given the flood situation, MakeMyTrip kept on talking about the cancellation policy. Anyway, the Terrible rating is for MakeMyTrip and not for the hotel property. I have been doing all my bookings through MakeMyTrip, but with this experience, I might have to explore other options.

Very poor service at the Hotel. No intercoms were workings. No internet was working. Electricity problem was there. Overall pathetic experience.

I recently stayed at Bagh Ananta's premium tent accommodation. Here's my feedback: - *Rooms:* The rooms were good. - *Food:* The food was average. - *WiFi:* Unfortunately, the WiFi wasn't working. - *Cost:* Considering the resort's amenities, it seemed a bit costly.

We chose this hotel for our Ranthambore safari trip and it turned out to be a perfect stay. The rooms were spacious with beautiful views of the Aravali ranges and jungle. Though the property is a bit old and doesn’t have that “brand new” look, it had all the amenities we needed, including well-maintained bathrooms. Room service was quick, and cleanliness was spot on. The real highlight of this place is their restaurant. Honestly, everything was impressive — food, variety, hygiene, comfortable seating, and especially the support for kids’ meals. We were traveling with our 10-month-old daughter and were worried about her milk and food, but the staff went above and beyond. They provided unlimited fresh milk anytime we called, and even made simple, non-spicy khichdi for her 24/7 without any extra charges. That level of care was truly heartwarming and a big relief for us. They also have good pick-and-drop facilities, a nice play area, and a pool where you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. Overall, it’s a must-visit stay if you’re planning a trip here.

Overall Stay Was Good, Food was Also good, Manager was co operative and upgraded our room to premium tent but one thing i didn't understand that check in time was 2pm and we waited almost 30mins for check in but manager upgraded it. and check out time was 11am it was strange because in MMT check out time was 1pm and they called us for check out at 11am which is very different from other properties. The property is nice, a very beautiful pool and decent facilities available but big let down by poor service. Food is below average

We booked the Premium Tent with Plunge Pool to celebrate our first marriage anniversary, expecting a luxurious and memorable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. The health faucet was filthy, with actual fecal matter on it – completely unacceptable and shocking hygiene. The TV wasn’t working, so there was no in-room entertainment. No mobile network coverage in the area, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, leaving us totally cut off. The mini-fridge was non-functional, which was especially inconvenient. The locking mechanism for the private plunge pool area was broken, compromising our privacy and safety. We reported all these issues multiple times to the front desk, but no action or resolution was taken during our stay. What made it worse is that the hotel offered no apology or gesture to make up for the ruined experience on such a special occasion. This was supposed to be a relaxing, romantic celebration, but it turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for quality service or a clean, well-maintained stay.

Nice clean property, Great location suggestion is to book anything above regular tent as the property is in slope lot of rain water accumulates towards the tent zone. Food was really good and amenities were clean

The property is decent, average to above average rooms, do not expect too much luxury like a 5-star hotel. Staff is cooperative and food is also good. The location is pretty accessible compared to some other luxury properties in Ranthambore.

Amenities The property is well-equipped with a range of amenities. The swimming pool is clean and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing during the day. There’s also a spa, indoor games, and beautiful open spaces for evening strolls. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully designed with modern decor and all essential facilities like Wi-Fi, minibar, kettle, and toiletries. Service The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff was polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall Experience My overall experience at Bagh Ananta was very positive. It’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature, ideal for those looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. Whether you're visiting with family, friends, or your partner, this property offers something for everyone.
