Pathetic and expensive food. Zero on quality of service. Upon power failure, you have to nudge the staff multiple times to get genset running. Staff is good, but totally unskilled and unprofessional.

coupleThe hotel is overpriced, located in the middle of a village with no view and poi r accessibility. Food options are limited snd mundane. Rooms are spacious but drab and ill maintained. There were bed bugs. There is no cleaning service, even used plates did not get removed in three days during our stay. Staff are polite but inefficient with no training. Nothing justifies the kind of price we paid for this third rate experience.
