Singhvilas, Ranthambore by Leisure Hotels

V well appointed rooms, decent food, okish service but NO WIFI, poor television connections……

I booked 2 nights stay with my group of friends and the experience was average at best. The location is remote so network connectivity is a challenge and the hotel wifi was also not functional. Service is slow and bad and the property is also not maintained properly.

Pretty bad experience. No Wi-Fi available at property. Extremely slow food services & staff is not well trained. There are total 24 Rooms, staff is not adequate to handle full occupancy

Nice property.. all Just they need to work on there Internet wi fi services…. Because the location completely is in no network area . So high speedy wi fi is very important…. Overall everything was fine…

Well designed interiors but lacks certain basic things. No hot water. The pool isn’t that well maintained either. Now coming to food, their breakfast spread was v limited and the taste wasn’t good either. No desserts or bakery items in the breakfast menu. Dinner was okay. Now talking about the hospitality and services in general - on our first night, the power went off and there was no power for about 7-8 minutes and the generator wasn’t working, and that really messed with the sleep. In general I’d not have minded but we had an early morning safari the next day. Another issue, the services were quite slow... for instance, we had to wait for almost an hour to get drinking water, and in a place like Ranthambore where the temperature is so high, not getting water despite repeated requests really puts you off. A good thing was the movie screening they’ve in the evening and paid pottery class that was organised. About the staff - some of the staff members are really helpful. Special mention to the manager, Mr Gaganpreet who tried his best to make our experience better given the constrains they operate under. Overall, our experience was not so great, and won’t really recommend this place to anyone.
