The location is excellent, right in a prime area, and the surroundings are convenient for everything. However, I felt the food quality could be improved, and the hospitality/service needs attention. I ordered food through a delivery app and was told it had to be collected at the reception. When I called to request that it be sent to my room, it took about 1 hour 30 minutes before it finally arrived. Overall, the property itself is good, but the service and food experience didn’t meet expectations.

The room is spacious, near and tidy...Well ventilated...Toilet is also very clean...Showers are all working really good..Excellent service by the team...Bright smile from the security to the receptionist, Room boy and Service guys...You all are doing a great job

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Over the course of 4 nights, I was shifted to 3 different rooms due to various issues. The TV did not function in any of the rooms assigned to me, and the exhaust fans were non-functional throughout my stay. The in-room dining service was extremely poor and felt more like a favor than a professional service. Despite repeatedly following up (at least 8 times), my laundry request was never attended to. Overall, the service quality, maintenance standards, and responsiveness of the staff were far below expectations. This was one of the most unpleasant stays I have experienced and I would not recommend the property based on my experience.

Worth the money...hotel stay was perfect and comfortable...

I had a wonderful stay at the property with a great location, close to key spots yet peaceful. The food was tasty and offered a good variety throughout my stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and came with all the necessary amenities. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better.
