The property is good with great location. But it seems that owner has made an one time investment with zero expense over maintenance. The room was stinky, had a huge damp over a wall, bathroom door was not closing, room was not getting locked. When we requested to change the room, even if there was another room available we were denied to allot. And what is the reason? they said that we booked through mmt that is why can not choose room. The other room was booked over phone, so they can. I mean seriously? 1st time heard such nonsense excuses, it was just that we have already allotted and entered the room so they were not in mood for this extra work of changing. The service was very poor, we got our dinner served 1 hr 15 min post order which was promised would be served in 20 mins, that too after 3times reminder. When we asked the reason for the delay, they said that the other big party was ordering so much that they were not able to make our order on time. So if other guest are ordering more than you, you will be ignored. This resort is hardly worth 2k per night, charging 5k + is just looting in daylight. Do not fall for paid reviews, there are other better resort nearby, book those but not this 1.
