Review Of The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartment

5 bht we reach chennai at 01 Pm night. No body attend us & unfortunately we book another hotel 01 pm to next 11 am . I think 24 hours attendants compulsory available there .

the rooms are good. they are spacious and clean. the vibe is good. also the person incharge is very hospitable. pleasant and helpful in nature ..it's only two hours since we have come but the comfort level made us happy.. highly recommended for those who want good service at reasonable rates...keep it up the colours inn...you definately know how to do honest business

The stay is very nice and the care taker,Deepak and the owner of the stay are very friendly. Deepak cooked the food in a delicious manner..The stay is good if you would like to experience a homely environment. I liked it.

They took me to another property called Alpha Land. There was no one else in this haunted building. Thwre was no other amenities like hotwater, soap, paste or brush!

Room was little bit older other than that everything is good. For single person it may be little uncomfortable.

They didn't provide towels, blanket but on asking they gave us towels no response on food and service

Best apartment in chennai. Whenever i go there i always stay there. Senthil anna, the owner of this apartment is very gentleman. Caretaker pradeep bhaia is very caring.

It was a good experience for me and my family(wife and kid. We were there for around 15 days. Mr senthil (owner) was very helpful and responsive. Service of caretaker mr. Jivlal dais was exceptional. He is also a very good cook. The place is in a very good location. Near by good restaurants, malls, public transport, railway station, metro etc they provide common facilities like kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine etc. Which you can avail if you need at nominal rates. Drinking water is free. Lift facility is there. Don't expect a 5star hotel and go there but, definitely you will feel like home. Initial impression for me was also like bad only but, their service changed my mind and my family was also highly satisfied. Overall it was a wonderful stay for me and my family.

Please don’t refer this property to any other customer we had to vacate this place in half an hour as the place was very shabby

Yesterday i reached 10th avenue road i couldn't find the property namely col-ours inn nobody knows about this property after an extancive serch someone show a buildings, when i called the senthilkumar several time he dint take phone after several attempt he came on phone line, after that a caretaker boy appeared and led me through the street 250 meter away into a building there is hotel namely red stone with dirty sroundings, i refused to stay there
