excellent stay
It was nice experience in staying the hotel Cloud at Ahmedabad, the staff was courteous and food was good. but I stayed there only for two days against booking of three days, you may consider return of one day excess charges paid to you. thanks n regards

familyStaff are welcoming and pleasant that's all the good part is. food was cold and below average, had to keep reminding them to bring fresh towels, hand towels and coffee supplies. washrooms especially subpar, we requested to check the flush that kept constantly flushing and the insanely powerful jet spray that'll cause someone to bleed. we reported it the first day itself but nothing was changed. we loved this place previously but it's not the same.

businessRoom was good , Restaurant was a problem . Restaurant staff’s were not all gentle , At the time of check in we confirmed about Jain breakfast & they confirmed but today morning when I went for breakfast they were nothing for me & they assured me plain paratha as a special case . I did ask for veg stuff paratha with some Sabji which was turned down by the staff finally they gave me 1 stuff paratha . Finally I had some pineapple , bread butter & then 1 stuff paratha .

Super delux room was booked but not like that. Staff was slow. Even they did not wish on arrival or give any luggage boy. Even not asked about that. Service was slow.

Bathroom shower are not working well. Bed sheet looks dirty at one corner all floor rooms are not equiv-ally clean. Or maintene food cost is high as per hotel std.

Excellent Stay
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room found clean and good set up. For restaurant need more tidyness and maintenance to feel it. Night cloth washing facility will help more for corporate travel people. Overall average type found, not much corporate type.

Good property, staff is very good, food was also very good the only thing which i hate is the pic uploaded for the super deluxe room on mmt is far different from the room we got. It was not as spacious as shown in the pic. Although we have switched to a twin bed room but that's not what we have paid for
