no food....no AC working properly, worst both room and no heater provided... no room service provided even demanded, no minaral water bottle given...... even they didnt attend the phone call when called..... worst experience... my money waste...

waste of money
It was too congest room main door is hitting to the city unable to open main door half of the depth also totally disappointed waste of money these people are cheaters

My worst experience in recent times!
Worst experience in cleanliness. Dirty linen. Toilet was horrible. No toilet seat. Water faucet in wash basin was not proportional to the basin and so could not get water. Towels were third grade. Not recommended for any traveller. No value for money. Very noisy fan in the room. No exhaust in toilet.

Very bad experience
I booked an ac room for 1 night. 1. The location is in a very small crowded road it is very difficult to approach. 2. They didn’t provide any of the basics including soap, fresh towels, water bottles. 3. Hot water heater was not working in the room. 4. Blankets and bedsheet were too old and stained. Overall its only worth less than 1000, but i paid 2000 with tax in make my trip. Standard and quality is too poor for make my trip.

Excellent Stay
The room was clean. The bathroom was also clean. The bed sheet should be taken care of a little more. Room service and reception service are good

Affordable stay for solo travelers.
Neat & pleasant stay. Location is excellent to reach all main place. Room was neat and clean. Staff was polite attitude.

Receptionist response was good. Very clean rooms. Lift and heater facility available. Due to pongal holiday room boys not available and room service not available.

The hotel room is good and clean. Stayed in a double room non ac. Everything is good but only problem with hot water which u have to take outside your room.

Average Stay
Room is not well maintained, full of mosquitoes, poor room service, need to ask each n everything, controlled thru reception. Only advantage, hotel situated in centre of the city, proximity to shopping & bus station.

Inexpensive and value for money.
A good trip to coimbatore, staying at the chennai residency was both peaceful and good value for money. Could do better with a bigger television set.
