location is good its near downhill of Chamundi hills. Checked in only for night. Rooms are too small Service could improve wrt to overall response of staff, when called them wrt hot water in taps they just said it should come and hung the phone, had to leave early hence didnt bother to hung around.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of dishes and excellent service. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable

Property is not worth the price I paid. room lacked provision of some basic items, which had to be asked for. Food was average

Hotel lacks some basic infrastructure facilities. Room was not friendly for senior citizens, with no place (chair, sofa etc.) to sit except the bed itself. Room design itself was weird. Basic items that are supposed to be provided in a room with this price tag had to be explicitly asked for. As such room is not worth the price I paid for it.

Suite rooms are not good as expected. But prices are fair but surge during long weekends. They must improve the quality of stay for the rates mentioned!!

The property is good with a rooftop pub. Breakfast spread was good. The rooftop pub comes lively at night so full value for money

Spacious rooms but no geyser in bathrooms. Calm and quite locality. A pub on roof top which is nice to have party

I booked premium room but no fan available , hence downgraded to normal standard room which is very small each and every small things we need to call reception reception phone is not working so need to go reception directly every time no restaurant available in the hotel need to improve a lot lot lavancia is just a luxury in a name , nothing inside .
