Not a good stay
We stayed for 2 nights at TGI Felicity. The staff was helpful. We were a family of 3 and so were given an extra bed. The extra bed was uncomfortable and hurt my back. The buffet breakfast lacked flavor and tasted stale. The bathroom had a bath curtain which made the whole restroom wet. whole restroom wet. Your rating form needs a change -- it won't accept feedback without 3 pictures. Who has time to take pictures of the hotel and hotel room?

Bad stay
We stayed for 2 nights. We were a family of 3, so had to get an extra bed. The extra bed was uncomfortable. It was hurting my back and so I did not sleep well. The breakfast lacked salt or flavour and we skipped it the second day. Parking was limited. The staff was helpful and were trying their best to support my requests We stayed for 2 nights. Excellent Stay
Had a great experience at TGI! The food was delicious, especially the starters and mains — full of flavor and served hot. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The vibe was energetic with great music and a fun atmosphere. Perfect place to hang out with friends or family. Definitely coming back again!

A good hotel which can be excellent with a bit more care
I had stayed here before but this time the hotel disappointed a bit. There was no bathroom mat and when we asked we were told that they do not have it! Also the towels were all past their good days. But still the room and location are value for money. Like last time, the breakfast was excellent with good service. Rest of the staff were courteous. I hope this is a one off bad experience.

soloIt was such a wonderful stay as a solo woman. So safe, clean and cozy. I found the staff quite helpful. I felt quite at home away from home. I wish to stay here again on my next visit n recommend to friends and family for sure.

Average Stay
The facility is awesome people are friendly but missing ownership we didn't get hot water and failed to get it even after great follow up later came to know after 2 hrs wasting of the time some tech issue and even they don't have alternative. Being cold place morning shower with hot water and moisturizer is essential. We badly missed which caused us most inconvenient at that price

businessLocation is just great, surrounded by daily needs, fruits, ice cream, restaurant, its on a main road, walking distance from ring road. Food i ordered was not so great though but overall room was spotless, complimentary breakfast was good, bathroom was super clean, soap, shampoo, brush and paste where provided every day fresh pack. Over all great stay.

Good stay
coupleOverall stay was good. Breakfast was much improved. They have started giving varieties of food which is good compared to before when they used to give only south indian foods. Not much impressed by housekeeping. The staffs are not well trained. They don’t even know how to set up the bed properly. Improvement in housekeeping is required. Rooms were not cleaned properly.

coupleOverall things are good in this hotel. Some of the things could be improved and i am little unsatisfied with is- lot of disturbance at night specially after 9pm. Loud music in room. The staff and the guest talking loudly. Some people were drinking and playing loud music. Three star hotel should have some decency. The blanket cover and pillow cover and floor mat are not regularly changed not even on alternate days which is quite unhygienic. Food is not warm and variety is less.
