TV not working, no one responding on phone for room service, no clean linens. For every service I need to go down several times. Not recommended.

The property is located at a good place but the stay was not clean. The bedsheets and pillows were not changed, the room had very bad smell and has not been cleaned for ages, also in the morning water was not coming for 1 and half hours and we were stuck. Not a recommended stay for families.

The air conditioning was ineffective, making the room uncomfortable, especially during the night. The bathroom was cramped and not well-cleaned, with mold visible in the corners. The lighting in the room was dim, adding to the overall gloomy atmosphere. Additionally, the noise from the adjacent rooms and hallways was quite disruptive, making it difficult to rest. Although the staff was courteous, the condition of the room overshadowed any positive aspects of the service. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Hotel is well maintained. Suggetibg to make bathroom arrangements for drivers would be good. Good restaurants are nearby is an advantage

There is no proper lock to rooms, very, much smelly room and surrounding and not up to the mark of 3 star hotel. There is no proper washroom, light goes off no clean bedsheets.

Room was unclean. Bed linen and towels were horrible. I won't suggest anyone to prefer this place for stay and did not receive any support post complaining about the scenario with them along with the room images. Windows were broken and no mosquitos and bed bugs were there make life miserable.
