The hotel is set in a stunning location, right in the middle of lush tea gardens, offering excellent views all around. The serene surroundings and greenery make it a peaceful escape from city life. Lunch and dinner were tasty, though not exceptional.
That said, the location is quite remote, and the approach road becomes pitch dark at night — though it isn’t much of a challenge if you’re prepared. Facilities overall are average. The breakfast spread was poor, often served cold, and staff seemed more focused on closing the counter early than assisting guests. Room housekeeping was also below standard — basic bathroom amenities were not replaced daily unless specifically reminded.
Additionally, the hotel is not kid-friendly. There is no proper play area for children, nor a separate kids’ menu available.
Overall, the property’s beautiful views and peaceful surroundings are its strongest points, supported by decent meals, but service, amenities, and family-friendliness need significant improvement.
