Electricity problem , AC NOT WORKING properly, vey far from the main beach and not at all friendly stuff

Calm place, staff are very polite and helpful. You can peacefully relax and enjoy the calmness

the property is near by beach online photo was good along with room but when I see room that was OMG, the owner upgrade me in other room but room not clean was not good need maintenance at property all the cottages too hot be aware with that, but owner nature is good helping

It's right on arambol beach, a beach you can drive on. We took our bike directly to the location. It has both ac and non-ac rooms. The caretaker and the owner both are friendly and even helped us move from our non-ac to a room for a discount. The best part about this stay is it's location and the people taking care of it.

Very nice place, you can walk to the beach. Restaurants also in very close proximity. Very clean and quiet. Service is very slow on the beach though.

We enjoyed our stay, the host is very helpful. The food is specially delicious. Would definitely recommend it!

Friendly staff

I had stayed for 2 days unfortunately the climate was windy & rainy but our stay was comfortable & it's recommendable for those who like to stay in peace overlooking the sea away from all that bar action. Property owner mr deep is an gr8 friendly guy whose there to help u out. Restaurant is within the property & food is good

Food was delicious, awesome view, honor behaviour was very gent e and polite.
