Paradise in Gokarna

swaswara was one of the finest experiences I have had while traveling. the property was amazingly maintained, the trees, the water body, the friendly staff and the organic and clean food. It is right there on Om beach so even that's an added bonus. I cannot find even 1 problem even if I want to. I will recommend this to everyone. please stay for atleast 5 to 6 days and enjoy this place.

We had a deeply relaxing 3-night stay at SwaSwara in Gokarna. The location, just off Om Beach, is serene and surrounded by nature. The villas are spacious and earthy, with no TV, making it perfect for a true digital detox. The food was fresh and could be customised on . We enjoyed daily yoga, meditation, nature walks and Ayurvedic massage. Ideal for anyone looking to pause, reflect and recharge in peace.

Good relaxing stay at Swaswagra with nice activities.

Pros: nice property for relaxing quiet time. Nice villa with back yard opening to man made lake, good sit out. They offer activities like yoga, meditation, cooking classes, good library to keep guests engaged. Om beach access is private to property, nice access. Good service from staff, good hygiene food prep (ayurvedic style, we liked it). Overall good option for 2-3 days. cons: bathroom is not attached so night time access is not comfortable because central area of villa is open to sky. Food variety is less .

Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay at swaswara. Located at a scenic spot overlooking om beach with direct access to the beach. Konkan villa is very spacious with all amenities and an open bathroom. Food quality is really good with a lot of healthy options, though menu is limited. No processed items such as sugar or maida is used. This is good for those who are looking for a nature and health resort. Daily schedule of pranayam, yoga, meditation is part of resort activities. There is even a meditation hill with an excellent panoramic view of om beach. Staff are very courteous and attentive to every need. Thank you swaswara for making our stay so memorable!

It is an elegant and clean resort. The place is tranquil and calm; the staff is very polite, and thanks to the sheff, who cooks very healthy dishes. Frnastic hospitality, i felt like staying at home. The location is awesome

We stayed at swaswara for 3 nights but not once did we feel the need to leave the property as it was full of beautiful trees, a private beach and the villas itself were so well designed and peaceful to stay in. Their ethics, sustainable policies and hospitality were impeccable! thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The room layout is very nice with a bedroom, a courtyard, and open sky bath area. There is also a covered terrace to sit and relax or meditate. A true village house feeling with modern amenities.

The location is ideal for a get away from hectic days. Villas good with a different setup keeping up to the theme of staying with nature. The hospitality and warmth of the staff is excellent in fact they shoulder the resort reputation well. The food is good i won’t say excellent but the lack of variety and absolute no to meat is a deterrent. They have seafood i. E. Prawns, fish and crab the preparation sometimes was not upto the mark. Among-st all the bengali curry and masala prawns were the best. Overall come if you want to recharge yourself and go back afresh and yeah don’t forget to meet “curry and “caju”

Amenities ,hygiene,food are Top notch ❤️❤️The stay was super good and it was a memorable trip. The swimming pool is cool and big, depth is upto 8ft. The staffs were so humble.People who love peacefulness must visit this place they do have free Yoga sessions.

Extremely unprofessional and laid-back staff no food allowed in rooms, nothing at all, only water rooms full of lizards and frog beach, at good walking distance, not close never recommending to anyone!

We understand from your review that our staff did not meet your expectation and will make sure that the proper training will be initiated to raise the standard of service. As you are aware our villas are partially open and serving food in the rooms may attract monkeys and other animals. To avoid these incidents we do not provide food in the rooms. Though we have effective pest control regularly done, sometimes the lizards and frogs do enter the open areas in villa. They are part of the local biodiversity and being our villas partially open we can not completely avoid them. Best regards, general Manager.
