Room is not clean, bedsheet also very dirty. At night there is no arrangement to protect for mosquito bite.

Ac deluxe rooms are too small. No chair, no table, no balcony. All rooms are durty. Staff are not good in behavior

The rooms were is terrible condition but you can adjust if you are low on budget. I prefer not to go with family or partner. Okayish for bachelors. Bathroom was dirty and the whole room smelled like piss. Check in and check out timing issues. You cannot check in after 10:30 pm and cannot check out before 5:30 am. And you have to bring outside food and water as well as you will not be provided packaged water. Stay only if you are bachelor and low budget traveler.

Hotte services poor. Tv not working. Toilet not clean wall are very ugly no proper clean bad cover. So over all services is bad

The hotel is near the sea beach. Room is clean and the staff's behavior is also good. If anyone wants a pocket friendly hotel here in new digha they should definitely come here.

Behaviour of the manager was not good. About cleanliness, washroom was totally shabby and at 7. 30 am, main gate was found locked on the first day when i had to sought and with disturbing tone, the manager came out and opened the gate. I totally dislike his behaviour.

1st time I stayed as a couple, i had lot of questions in my mind but seriously I am so much happy with the staff and hotel location, Staff are very very cooperative and good behavior they also invite us for next time. food is good, They keep there hotel very clean, Room is also cleaned by staff every morning, Security is also good in hotel it's important to reach hotel before 10pm. we forget our purse in hotel while checkout, my atm Kandahar card pan card and some rupees was in 👛 purse but very very thanks to the staff who submit my purse to the counter and a female staff call us to call to take my purse return it was an amazing experience which I got there my rating out of 5 star Hotel looks. 4 🌟 hotel staff. 5 🌟 hotel cleaning. 5 🌟 hotel location. 4 🌟 safety. 5 🌟 service. 5 🌟 drinking water 24 hour available I would like to visit this hotel again thank you

The place was hygienic, although they should have provided a soap in the washroom area.
