Hotel Name: Hotel Kalia Nana Booking Date: 19 November 2025 Stay Duration: Sat, 22 Nov 2025 – Mon, 24 Nov 2025 Guests: 1 Room – 2 Adults (Mr. Rahul Mondal +1) Room & Facility Issues Poor-quality room provided Bad and unpleasant smell inside the room Toilet was very dirty and unhygienic Room had  moisture Wall paint was peeling off No mineral water was provided Overall cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable This made our stay uncomfortable and far below expected standards. Major Privacy Breach & Guest Harassment At check-in, we submitted our Aadhaar cards only for identity purposes. Only my phone number was given for registration. However, after we checked out on 23 Nov at around 7:00 - 7:30PM, a hotel staff member WhatsApp-messaged my wife at 11:27 PM. We identified him because: His WhatsApp profile picture matches the hotel staff who served us His WhatsApp number is listed on Truecaller Staff Contact Details (as identified from WhatsApp/Truecaller): Date & Time of Message: 23 Nov • 11:27 PM The staff member clearly misused my wife’s personal contact number, most likely extracted from her Aadhaar card. This is a serious violation of privacy, harassment, and a misuse of personal identification data. This type of misconduct puts female guests at risk and creates fear and distrust for all couples and families. Immediate Action Requested Investigate and take strict action against the staff involved Hold the hotel accountable for data privacy violation Ensure protection of guests’ personal information at all times Provide an urgent written response with actions taken Strengthen privacy policies for all listed hotels This incident has caused us mental stress and safety concerns. Very bad hotel fulsh don't work mosquitoes so many sleepless hotel no cleaning don't travel in this hotel

I booked the hotel through make my trip. They refused the accommodation. Even make my trip didn't help me.

Really very good stay. Staff's behaviour is very good. Room and wash room are small size but neat and clean. I prefer all to stay here.

It wqs a great experience but the hotel is very far from main road and beach and to reqch beach and if you dont want to walk you have to pay 50 rs for every toto to take you to the beach

On an avarage hotel, staff comunication is good, other facilities are not given by the staffs, room ac is not working

Room is dark, commode seat was broken, tv was not working, towels are bad, bed was queen size, only one blanket was there,

Dirty bed sheet, dirty washroom, tv not working, not safe place, food not available, smelling room, staff behaviour very bed, that's why i am check out one day before

Room rent 400/day staff behavior fine. If you want budget hotels you can go for it. But 1km away form beach and station

No tv in that room dustbin was horrible condition torn and dirty bed sheet wash basin was dirty balcony was pathetic due to mosquitoes can't sleep very disgusting.

Average experience. Service and room is average. Room clean tha but kuch kashi nahi tha. .

The hotel was not very good, the rooms were leaky, a special mail was always left in the room, RJ provided bed cover blankets which were of excellent quality.

I saw this hotel through youtube. If anyone is on a low budget i can suggest it without not. If the budget is rs 1000 then you will get a much better room than this.
