Pathetic experience, they didn’t even have basic toiletries such as handwash, soap,towel. No kettle is provided and no complementary water bottles. Bath room was not clean. I was charged higher while booking through irctc website.

This hotel is pathetic, it's is located in a very isolated area, and the location doesn't look like safe. I did not even check in there, and the hotel was very unsafe, i recommend not to go there, and with family, absolutely not. almost every room was empty, and i don't know how the rating is so good. Such an unsafe environment. I did not even stay there for more than 15 minutes. Atmosphere, environment, and safety are more important than money. My money got wasted, but thank god I did not stay at this hotel
