Hotel manager takes extra money (inr 300) from me apart from booking charges from make my trip

While i traveled to 400 km from delhi to Jaipur and reached to the property. Staff at check-in asked me to pay more money while i have already paid. I raised the issue, initially they tried to resolve but after they were not able to resolve the issue. They offered me full refund and when i was already 400 km away from my home leaving me no choice to stay in one of properties degraded room for which they have not even changed the bed sheet while i complained it to hotel staff!

a terrible stay

The room we were given was not upto the mark. Cupboard door was broken and lying separate on floor, bedsheet had marks, washroom door lock was not working. The staff was not at all friendly.

Hygiene is good and place is located in good area

Staff is so polite and helpful and food and room is best
