Hotel Royal Polovictory

hotel didn't provide Tax invoice.

Everything was ok but few things were not correct which were shown at the time of booking but were not there in actual.

Completely Unhygienic .... bedsheet was also dirty someone hair was spreading on bed... receptionist behaviour also not good

Decent. Value for money. Well located for overnight bus travellers. Rooms and corridors seems recently renovated. Bathroom was well maintained

Very bad service . Room The rooms shown in the hotel are not like that. The space shown is not as much. And the facilities that are told that you will get this in the room are not available but you do not get that much. I will never book a room in this hotel in future, very bad service.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Food ordered is awesome. Facilities at the hotel and the staff is very good. The hotel very much near to Railway station and bus stand. Overall experience was very excellent.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and room conditions during my recent stay. Despite expectations, the room lacked a complementary water bottle, had a broken face glass, and unpleasant odors in the kitchen. The pillow was also uncomfortable. Given the issues, I would suggest improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.
