Excellent Stay
The elevation and exterior were top notch and the entrance with the cleanliness , and obviously the room were cozy and great , but theres some negativity too , rooms were not fully cleaned , there were some left over cigarette in the drawer which was little disappointing and the wardropes were literally not cleaned other then all it was a grt experience

worst to stay
room was dirty......staff was lazy....there was no arrangement of toiletries like soap and towels. food was so costly and we had to move early another hotel .

Good Stay
we checked in late around 10pm. The staffs were cordial but the room given was not housekept properly. The floor was dusty and was washroom had used toiletries.

Poor Stay
Stay is fine, staff is also cooperative, but food is not up to the mark as well as their giving cold food and the prices are also on the expensive side.

Average Stay
businessHotel is good but the qty of breakfast is very less. How can a hotel serve only 2 parathas as a complimentary breakfast. This is completely wrong. As the building is lit t old, the property should be properly maintained. The window door handle was broken and the window door wasn't able to close. This is aware by the reception staff and still they expect a call from the traveller to ask them to close the door. The ac is also not cooling fast.

Afternoon shift receptionist was so rude but night shift receptionist was good i asked for sleepers and he denied that dont offer later night shift employees provide me around 11 pm

Room are good but the staff behavior very bad worst have done here i made a confirm trip of 2 day and make online payment but they take extra charge for one day and saying that they got only one day reservation and you have to make extra payment for one day more worst experience ever

Rooms are really nice and clean, and the services are excellent. When i request meals late at night, they do not deny me. I adore this location

Need improvement in hotel
coupleGive hand wash instead of soap which is terrible give foot wear as usual people give in good hotel lift is not working multiple times we were there no exhaust in bathroom room were stinking no cleaning service everyday unless it's asked by guest blanket were not clean itching happened
