Location is btw the market, very bad location and facecade...additionally the rooms are very small and bathrooms are not clean enough... the window of the room is towards the common area always with the fear of loss of privacy.... the staff is very poor in mine case it nocked my door at 11 PM to see if the room is occupied or not I mean what is this can't you see in the register

A very bad experience, room quality and cleanliness is very bad.

The Rooms were Full of Cockroaches, Towel was Torn and Dirty, AC was not working properly, Nobody was taking calls on Reception.

The room was clean and had ac working, toilet was clean and the room boy/attender was very friendly and helpful in resolving the problem, though the geyser had a problem, but it was rectified. it is value for money

The rooms are completely different from what is shown on the website. Absolutely zero services for the price they charge. I really don’t understand how this hotel has received 5-star ratings. Truly the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.
