The service at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Hygiene was completely ignored. The restaurant staff didn’t bring the food even after reminding them three times. Room service was just as bad. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a smooth check-in process. The decor had a lovely blend of elegance and modernity, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any queries. The food at the in-house restaurant was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Gwalior specialties, which were a delightful treat! The hotel’s location was also ideal – easily accessible to major attractions in the city, yet peaceful enough to ensure a restful stay. The room which was provided to us was not clean even after repeated requests no one came for mattresses change, they didn't provide us the water, even for breakfast which was there in my package they behaved like we were begging for food. Moreover this hotel is not safe for a woman being a woman only i know how i slept. There is no parking space they parked my car in an open park, Only food is good rest service is too bad
