SUGAR PALM.11 HOTEL

We booked 4 rooms for me and my team traveling for work. The rooms were filthy and were stinking when we entered. We had to change rooms. The service is very poor, had to wait 30 min for them to deliver a water bottle in the room. There was no hot water to bath. The breakfast is just a formality even though they have a functional kitchen. Really bad experience.

such a pathetic service by restaurant they didn't checked if room was ready or not they just assign a room to you whether it is ready or not... In every hotel you get 1 water bottle complimentary but they charge money for water bottle provided even after paying for a room...such pathetic service The person at the counter was rude and non cooperative. The only good thing was the complimentary breakfast and the behaviour of guy servicing breakfast was excellent and also taste was nice.

Facilities was concern...there was no remote control with installed window ac, it was directly on face, fan regulator was not functional, received incorrect invoice and correct invoice of food is still pending, it was manually corrected for payment

*overall experience is bad with the hotel, staff not supporting, delayed in service, front office and kitchen staff behaviour is rude, never will going to stay here again and not suggesting to anyone*

Stay was not good, no clean bed, no proper blanket in winter, room service is poor, no cleaning and charges are very high, they are charging 1500 rs directly but i have booked through mmt so same 1500 rs room booked in 2300 rs.

It was a family trip which was ruined.. small shady hotel.. Room full of small cockroaches .. very very ill maintained..bathroom leaking water.. bathroom window broken.. bad non functional latches.. These guys even charged for water.. REQUEST DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS UGLY HOTEL.

There is jerm on floor no phone line available and pillow are dirty and ac was working terrible

It was a good stay. Staff were polite and helpful. Service was excellent and in time. Ambience was good.

We reached late at the night, we asked them regarding our booking, they were not updated. This booking was paid including breakfast but they were asking to pay, when we told them it’s paid and with breakfast, without confirming they allowed us to leave

Its a good enough stay considering tariff of hotel. Room and washroom were clean, ac was working and crowd coming in hotel was decent. Staff was as o very cooperating. Food could be better as it was a bit oily.

They are charging just for the location rest service is not up to the mark. Disappointed

Bed sheets pillow and blankets need to be more clean overall it is good in a bugdetable price

Water bottle charged more than mrp

Hotel was just average. Toilet taps are leaking. Hot water was not there in the bathroom. Food is just ok.

Food was fine. Fine for bachelors.

Wow. Very pleasant and wonderful stay at Sugar Palm. Hotel is situated in City center. Very worth for the money.
