Hotel Sun Beam

Never book this hotel stay. It's non maintenance hotel and staffs are very rude. Location wise good but overall experience is horrible. All the rooms has seepage issue and broken toiletriese. Think before you book this hotel to stay with family

Restaurant was not open, water leakage is there in ac after complaint they took approx 2 hrs to change my room and one thing television also not reacharged by them even I have asked but no one responded

Continuous leakage in taps. Gayeser not working. Unhygienic condition. Totally waste of money

Hotel required renovations. Location was good. Staff was cooperative. Rooms were in bad condition due to the late check in we don’t have time to switch the hotel. Old type of interior washroom in worst condition. Not recommended.

Proper ventilation, lumination extremely missing. They offer un-maintained rooms for bookings and take additional charges if traveller wants to change the same.

Food was average, ac was old generation not good, rest of the things were good, overall average stay.

Location is very near to railway station.

The stay was all good was it was kind of expensive. I just wanted something within medium range but went high a bit. Though the service and food was served good. I liked the place and the surroundings. Can't forget the privacy and security they provided.

My expectations regarding stay at hotel sunbeam were high as i heard its name in gwalior to be a good hotel but i didn't find it so.

This hotel has very hospitable and courteous staff. They provident very good service.

After bed incidence no interest to take foos or breakfasts

Location is good but no precautions are taken for covid, people are not wearing mask. Party is going on with out mask. But food is very good.

Room was average with very poorly maintened mattress. Washroom was of lodge style.

Everything needs to be begged (towel etc. ). Bed sheets are very dirty. Overall very bad place to stay for family.
