It's the staff that make a stay enjoyable, and all the team members at the hotel were superb. From reception to cleaners, everyone made you feel welcomed. The rooms were clean, had kettles, coffee, tea and some complimentary biscuits. I would happily return there if i was visiting gwalior again. Great place to stay and they have an amazing team there.

I must say that its a beautiful hotel to stay in. The staffs are really polite, kind and helpful. About the room, it is a spacious, clean and extremely aesthetic. They really make sure that proper hygiene is maintained.

room was pathetic, service was very bad. I booked for 4 nights but left hotel in one only. bed sheet, room hygeine was very bad, it was stinking, no hot water, no one was answering at reception. really was very horrible experience

Definitely not 3 stars or even 2 stars. The rooms felt like I could fall unconscious due to suffocation. Plug outlets missing buttons, Towels provided were very dirty and not even replaced once.

It was one of worst stay for us. The photos and actual rooms are very different. There needs lot of maintenance as many things like toilet seat etc. Are broken. Basic amenities are lacking or under repairs. There is no value for money as they charge more than better hotels. The persons at reception are not helpful. To our surprise, they don't give keys of rooms to guest as they have only one master key which their person use to open all rooms. In night, strangers come and knock the door. It was a worst experience. I don't think we can anymore rely on ratings and photos. We have not taken any photos

The services were always up to the mark. I appreciate the way the staff works. Its been 3 times recently, i visited there, all the time i feel good. I always dine there and the food is fantastic.
