Terrible Stay
The service at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Hygiene was completely ignored. The restaurant staff didn’t bring the food even after reminding them three times. Room service was just as bad. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.

Good hospitality
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Radiance in Gwalior, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a smooth check-in process. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The decor had a lovely blend of elegance and modernity, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any queries. The food at the in-house restaurant was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Gwalior specialties, which were a delightful treat! The hotel’s location was also ideal – easily accessible to major attractions in the city, yet peaceful enough to ensure a restful stay. Whether you're visiting Gwalior for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Radiance. It offers great value for money, exceptional service, and a relaxing environment. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Terrible Stay
The room which was provided to us was not clean even after repeated requests no one came for mattresses change, they didn't provide us the water, even for breakfast which was there in my package they behaved like we were begging for food. Moreover this hotel is not safe for a woman being a woman only i know how i slept. There is no parking space they parked my car in an open park, Only food is good rest service is too bad

1. Old furniture 2. Room service unavailable 3. Wash room lock broken 4. Hand shower is broken 5. Water spills over from wash room to living room. 6. Loud music till midnight in the banquet hall. Very poor state of deluxe room at high price.

According to the hotel staff, there was good cleanliness in the hotel but there was some problem of food because some of the parathas were either spoiled or the food was spoiled….the rest was fine.
