Review Of Hotel city palace

The ambiance was ok, cleanliness was not so good, front desk staff was ok, in all total stay was ok,

Although the room was clean and sanitised, there were issues like there was a power outage which is not supposed to happen in a hotel and geyser was not there as mentioned in the amenities there was hot water supply but only up to 11 am

Stay was excellent 👌.

The staff was very nice, the food is very much better now after a major renovation, didn’t have to go to any restaurants to eat. Hotel food was very good. The rooms and bathrooms all became very much better. Room service was quick and always ready. Fort and jaivillas palace is also not so far from hotel, even the top hospitals in gwalior, so had easy accessibility to it. Had a wonderful experience this time in city palace.

I was having exam on the next day so I stayed here. This is not even hotel. Staff did not provided any service, they were not cooperative. Room was dirty. Bed sheet and towels were also dirty. When I asked to provide clean towel, they said they can not provide any clean towel. They didn't even provide any toiletries. At night they asked me to leave the room, so I had a conservation till 10:00 pm, after 10:00 pm, when I asked for food, they said kitchen gets closed by 10:00 pm. So I had to order from outside.
