everything is good like the atmosphere and the behavior of the staff is very polite and friendly. all staff are very friendly. but they need to be clean blanket and pillow. I found bedsheet was not fully clean, blanket was very dirty inside the cover. everything is good but they need to pay attention on bed cleaning.

This stay is such a terrible place,food also waste, in bathroom water is too much smelly 😭, bedsheet is too much dirty ,stay price is high according to facilities

Overall experience is average •Location is reachable ✅ • Chai is very good ✅ • Hotel Staff is cooperative ✅ • Hotel is Understaffed, as the waiting time for food/chai is more than 30 -45 minutes • No kettle in room for warm drinking water or Green Tea (We couldn't get hot water for the bath , but they' were saying generally the geyser works well and that happened the first time, so no comment on that.
