Food and service both are very good. Nice rooms for stay. But it is 12kms before the Gwalior city on the jhansi highway.

Worst Worst Worst hotel in gwalior

The worst possible hotel , they are scammers, they have put fake photos of the room & the whole room was full of bugs & insects. The whole room was dirty , with long hairs , dirty stains on pillows & bed, there was zero % cleanliness. The dirtiest room. And when we called them at reception to tell these issues , no one picked up call , and they didn’t helped us, worst room worst . I want my money back or i will take legal action. Check the videos in the attachment.

it was a good stay in this hotel shivhari resort at gwalior. the food is good, specially the butter chicken. the location is good. it is a bit far from city. there are two problems in the stay, first the wifi was not working due to rain and they didnt managed to repair it, and second is that we have to order food one hour before if we wanna have non veg. rest all ok.
