Overall this property is good at this price and most of the places to visit in the city are near by while I visited for work. Rooms are decent size but I suggest to view the room before booking. Food is decent in resturant and breakfast too is average.

Location is very good, food was above average, service excellent and staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

location is very good, near to railway station but located in peaceful area. rooms are clean and in good size. bathroom are also neat and hygienic. staffs are also polite and timely service was provided. breakfast is good, may need to add some more varieties. overall very good and value for money.

1. Fridge and TV in room not working. Complained 4 times by personally going down to reception. Every time was told someone is coming and no one ever came 2. Stayed for three days / two nights . No housekeeping or cleaning of the room was done 3. At the time of check out was given a food bill which I never eat in the hotel. They seemed to be insisting on payment but on refusal, they backed down and said sorry it was for other room and wrongly put in your room bill. Heights when they asked me to pay saying that the other guests have already checked out so they wanted me to pay. I refused and did not pay

Ordered dinner at 11:00 and food was served in the room at quarter to 1:00. After that the room was very small and the hotel staff did not compromise anywhere.

I would like to recommend the hotel Centella. It’s in a nice location, and all the staff are great. They made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The amenities were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Location is good, food is ok but hotel room was not good. No toiletries was there everything thing was need to be called. They gave me slippers of someone who wears them daily that was so dirty. They didn't have any through and use slippers at this cost of room. Pathetic

AC is a big issue. It’s centrally cooled so plan carefully if visiting in summer. Bathroom hygiene needs improvement. Location is good and staff is very accommodating
