Best hotel in Gwal

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just about 1.5 km from Gwalior Railway Station. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities. Room service is excellent, and the entire property is neat and clean. The hotel staff are extremely polite and cooperative. The food is superb, and the gajal (live music) adds a wonderful touch to the experience. I always prefer to stay here whenever I visit Gwalior!

Good overall but with a few issues

Location was excellent. Food (predominantly Indian) is very good; the cooking staff takes special requests. Breakfast is good (predominantly Indian). Hotel staff is polite and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. As for amenities, the bathroom needed better maintenance. There was no soap holder on the wall in the shower. Also, the toilet had a permanent stench (perhaps due to old plumbing or choked lines) that would not go away despite putting room fresheners and keeping the exhaust fan always on.
