I booked this hotel 2 times between 1 day gap but second stay was not good at nights lots of voices from outside and i told this issue with reception but he didnt do anything even not send anyone to check this problem. That was very uncomfortable night for me.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ramaya . The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Worst Experience

I had the worst experience at a hotel in Gwalior, especially after paying Rs 7,918 for two nights. 1. I did not receive warm water for bathing on either of the two consecutive days, despite complaining to the staff. 2. On the second day, after paying for breakfast, I was told that it would not be served because they claimed I did not pick up the call, and they closed the breakfast service.
