I had the worst experience at a hotel in Gwalior, especially after paying Rs 7,918 for two nights. 1. I did not receive warm water for bathing on either of the two consecutive days, despite complaining to the staff.
2. On the second day, after paying for breakfast, I was told that it would not be served because they claimed I did not pick up the call, and they closed the breakfast service.
