Worst among all hotels yet visited!

Staff, room, washroom all were in worst dilapidated condition with an adernt absence of maintenance and cleanliness. Staff had no hospitality sense with arrogant attitude. First they allocated a very bad room with dust and broken glass other when we asked for cleanliness of other allocated room (as on request) he told you are the first one who are complaining about the room. Linens provided had stains of blood and mostly probably not ever changed in past. Table and small sofa had bunch of hair fallen over them. Cup tray had stains too glass not cleaned. Washroom shower was not working properly. Bucket, mug was probably ever cleaned. Ac was black. Tv setup box hanging over the television itself. Things looked like highly "jugadu" and just to extract maximum out of minimum input. Highly disappointing. Basic expectation is cleanliness which was completely absent. Nothing more to express but for future we are skeptical of any other property too. Since, expectation were not much but, when basic demand is not fulfilled it turns up into negative experience. Please consider same and act accordingly.

I didn't find any safety protocol in the hotel, experience is average. You can keep yourself save by following self made rule like mask.

Terribly bad hotel

This hotel is not meant for family IMO even the backpackers shouldn't stay here. This is not clean, mostly the staff is adamant about poor quality. They always say it's clean while you can see the stains on the bedsheet, towel etc. Poor quality very poor quality. This is a cheap lodge kind of place.
