The host is very good and knowledgable. They really take care of the guests. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the food was very good.

Location- location was okay, but it is overly priced for overall experience. Breakfast should be improved. Services are average. Hygiene is good.

it was such a pleasure to stay in this old charm meeting the modern touch heritage stay the host and team were super lovely and courteous. they were always available for any queries or requests. it was a comfortable and delightful stay with all the basic eminities and facilities on point. the rooms and washrooms and clean and spacious with near linens. the location is so on point for any kind of tourist plans and pleasures, eight in the heart of city's best spots to visit food served was homely and delicious. i booked the stay with my parents and we had a wonderful time in the space. cheers to the team and host ✨🥂 would definately recommend it to anyone going to gwalior.

Central location, spacious rooms, good furniture, breakfast can be improved, parking is tight. Overall good experience

Some of the furniture and furnishings (curtains and carpets) don't match with heritage theme. Beds are hard. Rooms don't have privacy. Conversation from adjoining room is clearly audible and kept us awake till late in the night. The staff are polite but not adequately trained. Our rooms didn't have adequate number of cups, glasses and supplies. Rooms don't have heating. Portable heaters were provided only after request. There is no restuarant. In first day we were told that they can arrange food from nearby fast food restuarant or we can walk there and eat. Next day the owner said that they offer home cooked meals. This wasn't told to us while checking in. We took the home cooked food on second day. It was very nice. Rooms were clean but were not cleaned on second day although we left keys at the reception.

Our booking was for two nights but we could stay for one night only. We booked another hotel and shifted there. This home stay doesn't prepare any food. They order it from outside including breakfast. Bathroom is filled with foul smell. Location is terrible. No value for money at all.

This was our first trip with our 3 months old daughter and we cannot be more happy for choosing krishnayan heritage homestay this one decision has doubled the memories of our gwalior trip. The owner mars lalit phalke is an extremely gracious and considerate host. She went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, especially with our little one present. Her team is equally commendable in their sincerity to help and hospitality in general. Highly recommending krishnayan heritage to anyone who likes a royal homestay with the right mix of tradition and modernity. Plus, there is a lot of homely warmth we felt throughout our stay we are taking back a bag full of memories and a very special nagpur connection with us )

Most exquisite property for a comfortable stay in gwalior. I stayed here for 2 days and had a very special experience being close to the culture and heritage of this city. The staff is most courteous, and will help you out with all requests and queries. The food was also quite sumptuous. Only caveat, the order needs to be placed well in advance when you want it outside of breakfast hours. The outdoor seating areas were our favorite spot, with squirrels and pigeons entertaining us. The gorgeous old school aesthetics and the similar rustic decor create an illusion of having stolen a few days from the world. Can't recommend staying here more!

I am a huge fan of heritage properties. Especially for their food and warmth - it makes me feel at home and at ease. This property was right in the middle of gwalior bazar but was so serene and calm inside. This used to be a school earlier. We were very hungry and tired after visiting mitawli and padawli and morena and requester the host for a home cooked rice and dal meal. They were kind enough to prepare a full spread! simple swadisht home cooked food. The besan ke laddoos were heavenly. Thank you again for the wonderful stay. We hope to come again soon. Ps - they have a krishna temple inside, and a lovely aangan wadi! one can sit for hours under the tree in the aangan wadi. Must visit for a homely stay.

Beautiful heritage property. There are multiple scope of improvements - 1. All non-smoking rooms, have to come out in the courtyard to smoke. There should be options for smoking rooms. 2. Ventilation sucks. Filthy smell from the adjacent washroom/room coming into our washroom. 3. No TV inside the room. Guests won't be roaming outside 24 hours. No provision for leisure/entertainment. 4. Breakfast was average. Dinner was okay. 5. The guards at the gate and the cook were helpful and courteous. 6. Not sure why, felt suffocated - as if too much discipline!! 7. For a new property in a competitive industry, you're expensive without much to offer...

I booked this place at the last minute for some of my friends during my wedding reception. I decided to book this place for ourselves after getting great first impressions from my friends. For the next 3 days, this place was my oasis from the maddening rhythms of wedding chores and responsibilities. Built in the beating heart of the city, one is instantly transported to the quiet and calm of a timeless space carefully crafted to provide delightful tranquility to a weary traveller or a young couple. The labour of love shows in the meticulous and painstaking way the space is created to provide an experience that is as much vintage as it is functional and modern. The owner of the property was warm and welcoming, and was consistently provided support and ensured quality service from her staff. The rooms were clean, neatly arranged, and all the amenities were provided with top-notch quality. Hygiene and safety standards were well taken care of. The food was especially satisfying as it was more of a customized affair, and specifically chosen but delicious dishes were provided instead of the typical cut-and-dry buffet affair. 10/10 would come again. And already recommended it to many of my friends who were gushing about its visuals. Thanks to ms. Lalit and mr. Siddharth for being such awesome and gracious hosts.
