Hotel O Yugantar Palace

They refused to give me the room after booking for this i have to suffered alot after reaching the hotel

Tv is not working, intercom is not there, walls are cracking, no curtains in the room, no slippers for bathroom, parking is not available, glass is not available. Please maintain your hotel partner list.

All facility was fine staff is friendly

At first they denied to give hotel room as we already booked. they have issue on hotel charges then we talk to oyo customer care, oyo provided them extra 1500 complimentary there after they provided the room.

Hotel was completely bad and specially the rooms are completely unhygienic and dirty as well things are very bad there

Location of the hotel was not good at all, pretty hard to find that small street where the hotel was. Service was average overall but the breakfast was not given because we wanted that before 8 am
Room was not good according to the cleanliness and other hygenuc measures. Breakfast was not given but booked because as per hotel staff breakfast time was after 8:30 am.

Washroom was not clean. Also washroom is too small. But bed was awesome.

Hotel staff was extremely rude. Highly unprofessional hotel staff. No water in room, complained twice for unavailability of water but no action was taken for 30 minutes. I had to fight in morning for my basic need of water. No hot water, no geysers in room. Lift was not working every now and then. Worst room service.

Poor hotel service, no cleanliness in bathroom and there was no proper ventilation in the room, and the rude behaviour of hotel staff, they are not polite at all and there is no proper entrance for the entry of hotel. Overall, its the worst experience of mine and it will not recommend this at all.

Hotel room is very small, food quality very poor, staff behavior very poor and parking facility was not available.

My first visit to Gwalior and needed a place to stay in that location. The entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing. We need to enter from an alley and go down as in a dungeon. Interesting enough! The room was cramp. The only way to get to the room is by using the elevator. The staircase access is blocked for necessary reasons. The food was alright but pricey. In a way unnecessarily pricey. Not worth the price. Thankfully Swiggy was operating in the area. Considering the location and the price range, it was alright.

Room is clean and location is good but the service was horrible. Showers not working. On asking for drinking water, they insist you on buying packed bottle and charge extra for that too. Not much of friendly staffs at all. Would suggest to stay only if not getting any place nearby that area. Rude staff behavior.

After check-out, staff asked for tips. Food was good.
