THE HOTEL STAFF CHARGED ME ₹500/- EXTRA FOR EARLY CHECK-IN, EVEN AFTER PAYING MORE I HAVE BEEN CHARGED ₹500/- EXTRA AS EARLY CHECK-IN CHARGES. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANY BODY TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL IN ANY CONDITION, IN THIS WINTER SEASON THERE GEYSERS WERE NOT WORKING, BLANKETS WERE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY (VERY UNHYGIENIC) VISITORS WERE NOT ALLOWED FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY

Poor Stay
Location was not good, proximity to city center was also not good. Rooms were dirty and not upto mark. Broken furniture. No tea coffee or kettle no toiletry were there. Just a small soap cheap one. Food ordered at the hotel was also not tasty.

Staff tried to teak half day rent for 15 min early check-in. Room looks good in photos but average stay.

Uncomfortable and unpleasant stay
Cleanliness very poor, frequent powercut, late service response and food is average. Some where ac is not working some where the mattress is uncomfortable.

Hotel was very shabby and delay in alllotment of room booked room was allotted to other persons. Having only one staff for room service

Terrible Stay
I booked a room with my family for 2 days. On the check out day, when I requested for one more hour for check out, the time was given and when I reached the reception at 1.15 pm, the receptionist said that I will have to pay half day charges. After a lot of discussion, the receptionist called their seniors. The same thing was repeated by the seniors also. Very bad experience at Vedas Hotel

Terrible Stay
The lift on the ground floor was not working. If you want to go to the third floor, you will have to go to the first floor and take the lift. There is a foul smell coming from the room. Overall, it is a Dharamshala in the name of a hotel.

Terrible Stay
The rules of this hotel is terrible. They are giving dental kit on chargeable basis. I have booked lunch & breakfast along with room but when i have ordered the lunch they told me that you have to order up to max 300 rs. Otherwise it will be chargeable. The reception staff is not supportive and this is totally a bad experience.

Need renovation urgently
Property was good but it's now old with no maintenance, toilet door lock was brocken, mattresses was in very bad condition, sofa and center table was also need to replace, tv was not in working condition

Average experience. Staff who wears glasses was terrible. I don't believe how theses kind of people are getting jobs in hospitality industry. Hotel and rest of the staffs were pretty good. Special manager sunil sir.

The food was average and the staff was polite but the rooms were not tidy the bedsheet pillow and blanket had a rotten smell and the washrooms didn't have any towels or soap we had to ask for it also some furniture were broken. Overall the room was not maintained and clean. Lobby area
