Excellent property with nice, clean room and somber ambience. Courteous staff and a great breakfast spread.

Excellence Day, the staff is very courteous there Akash from front office. Also, the Bell boy Akash was very knowledgeable and there was this girl in the restaurant Pingy who took care of our all dining requirements and had great suggestion and was very courteous. The rooms are very spacious and it's in the centre of the city. It's good value for money. Nice stay

This not an average property compared to Radisson of other cities.. Door was jam loud music from the roof top bar .. breakfast was good .. rooms were small .. political people were there which made it over crowded due to their security and I felt Radisson staff were catering to them and less to common people .. lobby was small occupied by security personal of politicians ... not enjoyed it ... wanted to upgrade to bigger room but they said its all full

Location is excellent, clean surroundings, The room is good but the one offered was surrounded in all sides restricting any view or light. Food was excellent and a very decent display.

The roof top dining and ambience is really good. Ideal for loners. Well located hotel, surrounded by green areas. Staff is warm and cordial

property is good, but worst food ever had compared to other Radisson, Radisson is known for its food, staff are not well trained, manager scolding junior staff infront of customer. didnt expect anything like that from Radisson. already booked for kingsize bed because of 2 year old daughter and got twin bed. i mean whats this. totally waste of my money. didnt sleep

Some of the guests were offered welcome drinks but we were not given. Washroom and bathtub could have been much cleaner. Staff was co-operative and polite but some of them were not very professional. Food was very nice. Property is good but doesn't feel like 5 star.

Nice room good food excellent location

The hotel is centrally located, having a good parking place. The stay was very good and the staff was also very supportive. Breakfast was lavish having numerous varieties. Strongly recommend for a stay.

Lift Malfunction & Lack of Emergency Measures We stayed at Radisson Hotel, Gwalior for 4 days while in town for our child’s tennis tournament, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very distressing experience. During our stay, the hotel’s lift malfunctioned, trapping us inside for almost 30 minutes — with no mobile network, no emergency contact number, and no alarm system to call for help. We had our child with us and were extremely scared. Despite shouting and banging on the doors, help only arrived after around 15 minutes when someone outside finally noticed us. It’s shocking that a reputed hotel like Radisson has no basic safety protocols in place for such emergencies. The management seriously needs to address this immediately to ensure guest safety. On the positive side, housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and breakfast was decent, though it was the same menu every day, which gets repetitive if you’re staying for more than a day. If you’re planning to stay here, use the stairs and think twice if you’re booking for multiple nights.

Staff was good but the room was terrible. It was smelly and didn’t feel like it was 5 star property.

Staff behaviour was worst. Illiterate fellows was there, no manners and doesn’t feel like it’s five star hotel.

My overall experience at Hotel Radisson, Gwalior was quite disappointing. The service was very poor — we had to wait for almost half an hour for an extra bed, but it was never provided. The dinner experience was also bad — the food was tasteless and the service extremely slow. During checkout, the reception staff seemed confused and took nearly half an hour to complete the process. Altogether, it was not a pleasant stay, and I would not like to stay here again.

I booked this property 10 days prior and requested for early checkin at 12 but i got the access for first room at 2:40 and second room at 3:20 around. Room was lack in basic amenities like body wash, iron and board, dental kit, mini bar and after calling several times on front desk they provided things so late. They completely ruined my anniversary celebration. They did not fulfilled any of my request. Manager was not available and head chef’s were the manager of the day. I discussed these points with them and they promised me to make a call to inform me the status of my complaint but i did not received any call yet.

Room clean and spacious though a little more congested. Food average and special to mention about that.

THE EV CHARGING POINT WAS NOT WORKING. I HAD AN EV AND HAD BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THE EV CHARGING SHOWED THAT THUIS PLACE HAD AN EV CHARGER. DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS, THE EV CHARGER DIDNT WORK AND I HAD TO GO OUT IN THE NIGHT TO GET MY CAR CHARGED. THERE WAS WATERLOGGING IN THE BATHROOM. THE NIGHT MANAGER WAS DIDNOT ATTEND TO OUR REQUEST.

In my entire life I’ve not seen this kind of shameless hotel. The ratings shown on mmt and else where are bogus and purchased. Actual rating should be not more than 1 star. Cleanliness zero, service zero, staff etiquette Zero. Room service and housekeeping big zero

It was a good experience, located at Citye Centre area- close to market, delicious eateries. In gouse resturant also good. Gave 4 only because when I compared to other Radisson I felt it could have been better.
