Hotel Silver Oak

Bad hotel, not clean, staff was good but hotel was very bad. Bedsheet was dirty, washroom was not clean.

Room is fine but food is very expensive.

Ac was not in working stage, room and washroom was not clean, towel was damaged, smell in room, AC drainage pipe leakage on the bed, overall very poor quality Hotel and room.

Location was good budget stay or Kuch Nahi bas

"The worst hotel in Gwalior". Our guest stayed for a night in Silver Oak Gwalior. While check-in, we have deposited Rs. 5000 for any extra consumption. While checking out there was only bills of Rs 200 as extra consumption. We requested for the refund but the hotel reception staff denied for the refund in cash, however there were no communication while check-inn regarding the refund amount to be given in cheque. We requested them to tranfer the amount trough but no amount is been transferred. We called at the hotel many a times but nobody responded to our matter and said we will call you back. I request all the customers not to book a room in this hotel #boycotsilveroak.

This time very bad experienced I had booked my room in this hotel but at the time of check-In hotel management refuses to provide room because of full occupancy. I was very much surprised and mentally puzzled at night.

Good hotel for single stay. Too away from main road. Room was cleaned but quilt was not proper. Took too much time in bill preparation and charged excess amount. Supporting was not provided. Complementary mineral water bottle should be provided.

Room facilities are very good, cleanliness is satisfied. Breakfast facility is very good. Location of hotel is very good. Pickup drop facility is very fine. Staff is cooperative and food is found delicious.

Hotel not on main road. Conveyance not easily available at and near this hotel. Rooms are good well maintained. Food is average need improvement. However it mostly occupied by party and marriage functions. Good parking available.

Hotel location is OK. But most of the services given on site is not available at actual. Poor service. The hotel takes banquet party and mostly 100? Staff is dedicated to that event. So room customer will never get attention. No mineral water was supplied. Hotel is cheating by giving wrong info

The hotel is located quite nearby to the railway. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The service provided is also very quick. Also places like Gwalior fort and Jai vilas palace and sun temple are easily accessible from this area.

Nice hotel and good service and food quality is good and location is good in Gwalior and near by market and banks near at railway station no. Convince problem room service good and cleaning good ...

The hotel was fantastic. Service are also good. Cleanness is totally super. I am impressed. It's really very nice. Food are also delicious. But tea is not to good. Overall, nice hotel and fast service. Room is very clean. Next time I am checked in this hotel.

The hotel location is at the centre of the city. It is affordable & quality is good as well. Rooms were big enough to accommodate all three people. Food quality & taste was good as well. All in all it was a good experience & their counter reception guy was nice too. The hotel rooms could have been more cleaner than one expects them too be however expecting the top class room at the best affordable prize was the point that got me while choosing this hotel. Excellent hotel of this class ... Newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Hampton I have experienced. Fresh fruit, blueberries, oranges, apples, and bananas) in addition to all the other hot and cold items. This stay was during several events in town and they handled groups well. Parking is adequate with some overflow in the back, lower lot. I actually stayed here twice in the same week/ weekend. Second time back was upgraded to a suite which was very nice and spacious with microwave and refer. I'll be back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area. I certainly appreciate staying at this place. The hotel was multistory & our room was at the third floor. Their people were kind enough to take our luggage to the top floor as we were travelling with a lot of baggage & needed some help to carry the luggage to the top floor. It felt very comfort inside the room & bed felt good enough to have a good night sleep on the comfy hotel bed.

I like your services very well maintained and clean room. It's very nice next time I m check-in only silver oak hotel. It is situated in center of city. Railway stations and bus stand are very close in your hotel.

Room were clean and good, had seating arrangement as well. Spacious also. Facilities also were okay. Service was also courteous and prompt. Overall I would say it is a good place to stay at Gwalior at reasonable prices.

Hotel was located at the center area of Gwalior city. Easy to navigate. Room was very nice clean beautiful and an ideal for stay. Room services was great. Food quality is also very good they have served nice tastey food. Hotel staff was very well mannered. I personally recommend this hotel to stay in Gwalior.

Booked 2 rooms but got 2nd room after 9 pm. AC stopped working in mid night. Staff were not supportive. I booked premium room but they gave me executive rooms. No towels, no toilet paper in washroom. Location was very bad, lots of garbage nearby this hotel. I'll not suggest this hotel to anyone.
