Old hotel, bedsheet and beds were smelly. seepage problem in most of the rooms. Had to see 3 rooms before confirming. was lucky to be there on early check-in

Poor Stay
Rooms are smelly, very difficult to sleep, washrooms were also bad.Pathetic beds, food was okish, location was ok.

Average Stay
Average hotel. Management tried to charge Rs150 for salad served as cut onion and lemon pieces. After my protest they waived it. But I felt embarrassed

Food quality should be improved
Food quality should improve only defect I found over there is food quality. The breakfast was not up to the mark too much salt in the curries and omelette and the area was not used. Properly. . Only two fruits were there banana and watermelon so they should improve otherwise the service quality they offered was good. Choices of fruits are not there, only banana and watermelon was available

It was a smooth, comfortable stay in calm, neat and clean hotel.It was just a place needed to relax after tiresome journey. Staff seemed to be well trained to take care of guests.

Good Stay
We were 6 people as 4 adults and 2 kids. We booked tickets about one week ago. Despite that we were given small single beds and on our request rooms were shifted. The rooms were not ready upon our arrival to hotel. The behaviour of reception lady staff was not appropriate.

Prime location, But rooms need improvement
The hotel is located in a prime area of Gwalior. We stayed there for one day. The dining area was neat and clean, and the food, though slightly overpriced, was decent. There were plenty of options available for breakfast. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the rooms. Seepage was clearly visible in multiple places, and the condition of the toilet was below standard. The rooms definitely need renovation. The staff was courteous and responsive, which was a positive aspect of our stay. I chose this hotel based on ratings from multiple websites, but overall, I found it to be average.
