    I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the room, especially the toilet, was not up to standard. The toilet was not properly cleaned, and the toilet seat was uncomfortable and appeared poorly maintained. As a guest, I expected better hygiene and comfort, especially for the price paid. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your housekeeping standards for future guests. I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.     Good points: staff is very nice, ac is perfect, room n toilet are clean and breakfast is also good with variety of options, and hotel is on mainnroaf with great view of fort. Bad points: they dint have any table. Not even a side table. No place to keep food n water or clothes. Everything had to b kept on floor. But when asked, one of thier staff arranged a portable table. Staff n service is good. But they must add a table. Its very important. Another bad was, many of the plug points were not working. Overall good hotel. Just requires some tables n working plug points.
