I’m totally disappointed with their service. The room charges are higher than normal rates, but there is absolutely no service provided. The room has an AC, but it doesn't function properly. They turn it on for a short time and then switch it off, yet they charge for it, forcing you to stay in the room without proper cooling. There’s no water in the bathroom shower, and overall, the experience was very poor. There is no transparency – they say one thing and do another. I strongly suggest everyone to look for a different hotel. This place has no proper service and no honesty. Don’t waste your money here.

I had check in @10pm only morning 11am suppose to checkout, but they switch off ac midnight itself. asking continuously about checkout from9am. worst experience. no cleanliness. not even ready to give 2star.
